Meet Oliver, our cat who passed away before we left on our travels. He had been abused and abandoned so we adopted him and had 8 great years with him. ♥
The off-grid home we designed & built ourselves before we began bicycling around the world.
Kai battening down our main house, the duplex, in preparation of an incoming hurricane. We've owned our home for over 15 years and counting.
Sheila loves gardening and the results - gorgeous flowers, herbs and vegetables. In this photo she's harvesting compost from our bin in New England.
The results of good gardening and landscaping.
Who can resist this face?! This guy loved Sheila's lap. Must have had just the right amount of padding for him! :-)
Pets like to think they're helping us get our work done! ♥ This is Orange Kitty (aka Karli) napping after a bath.

We keep things tidy while you're away. Kai organizing and cleaning this bodega out for the homeowner who had mentioned they hadn't been able to get to it before leaving.
Since we work from home your pets have company all day long.
If you haven't picked up on a theme yet.......this is how most pets like to help us work.
No cat can refuse a scratch-love session!
We're well-acquainted with electrical outages and off-grid systems and know how to use generators.
This is Alambra, the cat with a heart for a nose!
Alambra getting a love-scratch session.
